On August 6, 2012, Business Development Corporation of America (the “Company”) filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q (“Form 10-Q”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Due to an administrative error, Exhibits 10.13 –10.15 were not filed with the Form 10-Q.
Copies of Exhibits 10.13 – 10.15 are filed with this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
