Item 8.01. Other Events.
On August 1, 2012, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Union Center National Bank, completed its purchase and assumption acquisition of Saddle River Valley Bank on August 1, 2012. A copy of this press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
