On August 1, 2012, Dawson Geophysical Company (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its operating results for the quarter ended June 30, 2012, the third quarter of the Company’s 2012 fiscal year. The Company will host a conference call to review its third fiscal quarter 2012 financial results on August 1, 2012, at 9 a.m. CDT.
