On July 30, 2012, the Company was informed of the death of J. Thomas Rocker. Mr. Rocker was a founding director of the Company and a director of the Company’s subsidiary bank, CenterState Bank of Florida, NA. Mr. Rocker was a member of the audit committee and compensation committee, and prior Chairman of the audit committee for many years.
