Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On July 31, 2012, VII Peaks-KBR Co-Optivist Income BDC II, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it had declared two semi-monthly distributions of $0.0306250 per share each to stockholders of record on July 30, 2012, payable on August 17, 2012 and August 31, 2012. The text of the press release is attached hereto as an exhibit to this Form 8-K.
