SunGard Data Systems Inc. (“SunGard”) is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of SunGard Capital Corp II, which is a subsidiary of SunGard Capital Corp. On July 31, 2012, SunGard issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2012. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report. The information in this Item 2.02, including the Exhibit attached hereto, shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
