Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On July 30, 2012, magicJack VocalTec Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release containing information about its results for the quarter ended June 30, 2012. A copy of the press release is included herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
