ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
Effective July 30, 2012, our stock symbol changed from "GRUH" to "GSTV" to
better reflect the new name of our company. The symbol change became effective
with the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board at the opening of trading on July 30,
2012.
