Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On July 26, 2012, Selectica, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing preliminary financial results for the first fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
