Item 8.01. Other Events
On July 25, 2012, Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has commenced a public offering of 1.75 million shares of its common stock. The shares will be issued pursuant to a prospectus supplement filed as part of an existing registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Form S-3.
A copy of the press release is included as exhibit 99.1 to this report.
