Item 8.01. Other Events.
On July 23, 2012, Vertical Health Solutions, Inc. d/b/a OnPoint Medical Diagnostics, a Florida corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce that the Company will provide its cloud-based technologies to Mayo Clinic Health System to standardize and automate their Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) quality assurance process. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
