Section 2 — Financial Information
Item 2.05. Costs Associated with Exit or Disposal Activities.
On June 29, 2012, Harris Interactive Inc. (the “Company”) closed its Princeton, New Jersey office as a result of the Company’s ongoing initiative to evaluate its leased office space needs relative to the overall needs of the business. This action will result in lease exit costs of approximately $1.5 million, all of which involve cash payments. The lease exit costs will be recognized in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2012.
