Urologix Announces Pricing of Follow-On Offering
of 5,200,000 Shares of Common Stock

 

MINNEAPOLIS — June 29, 2012 — Urologix®, Inc. (NASDAQ:ULGX), the leading provider of in-office procedures for the safe, durable and effective treatment of BPH, today announced the pricing of its registered follow-on firm commitment underwritten public offering of 5,200,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $0.75 per share. The public offering is expected to close on or about July 5, 2012, subject to customary closing conditions. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriter a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 780,000 shares of its common stock to cover overallotments.

 

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to fund its sales and marketing initiatives, to make certain required payments related to its license of the Prostiva RF Therapy System technology, to support its research and development activities and for working capital and general corporate purposes.

 

Dougherty & Company LLC is the sole underwriter for the offering.
