Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers.
On June 28, 2012, Hubert Millet resigned as a director of Drinks Americas Holdings, Ltd. (the “Company”). Mr. Millet’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
