Item 8.01 Other Events.
On July 2, 2012, PharMerica Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has authorized an increase in its existing share purchase program that will allow the Company to purchase up to $25 million of the Company’s common stock. See press release attached as Exhibit 99.1.
