On June 27, 2012, the Company entered into an amended and restated employment agreement with Roger A. Parker, our president and chief executive officer. The amendment changed the vesting schedule for the 1,350,000 unvested shares of common stock previously granted to him from July 1, 2012 to August 1, 2012.
