On June 27, 2012, the Board of Directors of magicJack VocalTec Ltd. (the "Company") approved a resolution to establish a Nominating Committee. The Committee Members are: Gerald Vento, Tali Yaron-Eldar, Yoseph Dauber and Donald A. Burns.
