On June 22, 2012, Dot Hill amended its credit agreement with Silicon Valley Bank. The amendment extends the maturity date to July 21, 2015 and amends certain other terms of the credit agreement as more fully set forth therein. The amendment is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
