On June 21, 2012, Mr. Corey Ferengul notified the Company that he will be resigning as the Company’s Executive Vice President, Product Management & Strategy to pursue other business opportunities. Mr. Ferengul’s resignation will be effective June 29, 2012 and is not a result of any disagreement with the Company relating to its operations, policies or practices.
