Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement |
Explanatory Note: We are filing this amendment to file an amended redaction of the Marketing Service Agreement with Coral Reef Marketing Inc., included with the original Current Report on Form 8-K, filed on March 30, 2012.
On March 19, 2010 Bingo.com, Ltd.'s wholly owned subsidiary Coral Reef Marketing Inc. ("us", "we", "our") entered into a marketing service agreement with Unibet International Limited ("Unibet") pursuant to which Unibet have agreed to provide a turnkey online gaming solution for our www.bingo.com website. As consideration for providing a turnkey online gaming solution they will receive a share of the generated revenues.
The term of this agreement is was two years and it was automatically extended for an additional year, pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
