Departure of Director
On June 15, 2012, Michelle Stanford resigned from her position as a director of Joshua Gold Resources Inc. (the “Company”), which resignation was effective on that date. Ms. Stanford’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement between the Company and her on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
