On June 11, 2012, PhotoMedex, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release entitled “PhotoMedex set to Join the Russell 3000 and Microcap Indexes”, announcing that the Company was added to the preliminary list of additions to the Russell 3000 and Russell Microcap Indexes as part of Russell Investment’s 2012 reconstitution process. Russell’s list will be final after the close of the United States stock markets on June 25, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, and is incorporated by reference herein.
