(the “Company”) will be making a presentation at the NAREIT REITWeek 2012 Investor Forum (the “Forum”) being held in New York City, NY on June 13, 2012, at 10:15 a.m. Eastern Time.  A copy of the materials to be presented at the Forum, which includes details on the $451 million of investments that the Company has made in 2012, are being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
