On June 8, 2012, the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, BeesFree, Inc., a Delaware corporation, filed an amendment to its Certificate of Incorporation, changing its name from “BeesFree, Inc.” to “BeesFree USA, Inc.,” effective on June 8, 2012.
