On June 12, 2012, MAM Software Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Company representatives will present at the Marcum MicroCap Conference on June 20^th in New York City at the Roosevelt Hotel. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
