Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Securities Holders
The Company previously reported results of voting at the Company’s 2012 annual meeting of stockholders. Broker non-votes for Allan Kitagawa were inadvertently reported as 1,503,774. The correct broker non-votes for Allan Kitagawa were 1,530,774.
