Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

It has been reported that Tommy Bahama, one of the operating groups of Oxford Industries, Inc. (the “Company”), has projected that international sales will make up 10% of its revenues in three to four years and that it intends to open four to five new stores per year in Asia.  As previously disclosed, the Company intends to grow Tommy Bahama’s business internationally through the opening of new stores.  However, the Company is not currently able to project the percentage of net sales that such international business may constitute in future years or the number of stores that it will be able to open over the next several years.
