In connection with the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of First Financial Northwest, Inc. (“Company”) that was held on May 24, 2012, various investment partnerships associated with Joseph Stilwell filed a lawsuit against the Company, the independent inspector of elections and Victor Karpiak, challenging the outcome of the election of directors at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
