Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On June 7, 2012, Comverse Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing selected financial information for the for the three month ended April 30, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference in its entirety herein.
