Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Sandra M. Flower, vice president of finance and principal accounting officer of American Midstream GP, LLC (the “General Partner”), the general partner of American Midstream Partners, LP, will leave the employ of the General Partner effective July 4, 2012, pursuant to the terms of her employment agreement with the General Partner. Effective immediately, Mr. Dan Campbell, the chief financial officer of the General Partner, will also become the principal accounting officer of the General Partner.
