Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 4, 2012, Ted C. Feierstein, a member of the Board of Directors of ARI Network Services, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company that he intends to resign his position, effective Tuesday June 5, 2012. Mr. Feierstein’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
