F. Dudley Fulton has resigned from the Board of Directors of Heritage Bankshares, Inc. (the “Company”), effective June 4, 2012. Mr. Fulton has accepted a position with Towne Insurance, an affiliate of local community bank TowneBank, which precludes his service as a director of the Company.
