Section 1 – Registrant’s Business and Operations
Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.
Xun Oil Corporation (the “Xun Oil”), a wholly owned subsidiarty of Xun Energy, Inc., did not make an interest payment on or before May 29, 2012 as required under the Purchase and Sale Agreement dated January 31, 2012, as amended. The Agreement, by its terms, automatically terminated.
The registrant hereby incorporates by reference the disclosures made in Item 1.01 of Form 8-K filed on May 1, 2012 and May 22, 2012.
