Committee Appointments
On May 30, 2012, the Board of Directors appointed Hamideh Assadi to the Compensation Committee. With this appointment, the Compensation Committee currently consists of the following four directors:
Hamideh Assadi, Jeanne Farmer Grossman, James J. McGarry (Chairman) and John H. Merrell.
