On June 1, 2012, MRI Interventions, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will be exhibiting its ClearPoint® Neuro Intervention System at the American Society for Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery Biennial Meeting to be held June 3-6, 2012 in San Francisco, California.
