On May 30, 2012, Aceto Corporation (the “Company”) issued the attached press release that included a letter to the shareholders of the Company (the “Shareholders Letter”) that was sent on May 29, 2012. A copy of the press release, which includes the Shareholders Letter, is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 8-K.
