Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 29, 2012, Healthcare Trust of America, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Wells Fargo Securities, LLC (“Wells Fargo”) will advise the Company in connection with its previously-announced listing of its Class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”). Wells Fargo will help guide the Company through the listing process and position the Company for its next phase as a publicly-traded REIT. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
