On May 24, 2012, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company and the special servicer for Two California Plaza, a property that is currently in receivership, entered into an agreement dated as of May 23, 2012, as described in a press release, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 herewith.

Pursuant to this agreement, the receiver will continue to manage the property.
