References in this document to "us," "we," or "Company" refer to Seychelle Environmental Technologies, Inc., a Nevada corporation and our wholly-owned subsidiary, Seychelle Water Technologies, Inc., also a Nevada corporation.
Item 5.02 Appointment of Principal Officers
Effective May 15, 2012, the following persons were elected to the following officer positions, to serve until their respective resignations or removals, or until their respective successors are elected and qualified:
Founder, President and Chairman of the Board: Carl Palmer
Chief Executive Officer and Secretary: Richard Parsons
Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer: James Place
Messrs. Palmer, Parsons, and Place remain as our Directors.
