On May 18, 2012, Nebraska Book Company, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of NBC Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”), issued a press release regarding its and the Company’s financial results for its fiscal year ended March 31, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
