On May 22, 2012, Intermountain Community Bancorp, Sandpoint, Idaho (“Intermountain”) issued a press release announcing that the offering period of its previously announced rights offering expired on May 21, 2012 in accordance with its terms. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein in its entirety by reference.
