On May 22, 2012, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing the Company’s fiscal 2012 third quarter results of operations, updated earnings guidance for fiscal 2012 and preliminary earnings guidance for fiscal 2013.
