On May 18, 2012, Patriot National Bancorp, Inc. (“Patriot”) issued a press release announcing its financial results and accomplishments for the three months ended March 31, 2012. A copy of Patriot’s press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
