Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 18, 2012, First China Pharmaceutical Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2012.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
