CytoSorbents Corporation (the “Company”) responded to a number of questions from shareholders on May 16, 2012 and prepared a list of Frequently Asked Questions (“FAQs”) along with responses to these and other common inquiries. The FAQs was posted on the Company’s website on May 20, 2012. A copy of the FAQs is attached herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
