Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 16, 2012, Globalwise Investments, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal 2012. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
