Effective May 9, 2012, Mark A. Augusti resigned from our board of directors and his board committee appointments. Mr. Augusti informed our board of directors that he believed resignation was appropriate to accommodate increased demands on his time resulting from his recent appointment as chief executive officer at Bioventus LLC.
