On May 11, 2012, Director Lourdes M. Dennison resigned for personal reasons from the Board of Directors of both NorthWest Indiana Bancorp and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Peoples Bank SB, effective immediately. At the time of her resignation, Ms. Dennison was a member of the Executive Committee, the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and the Wealth Management Committee. Ms. Dennison had been a director since 1983, and was re-elected to the Board in 2011 for a three year term.
