(b) Departure of Named Executive Officer
On May 8, 2012, Mr. Shane Buckley notified the Company that he is resigning as the Company's Senior Vice President & General Manager, Commercial Business Unit, effective May 15, 2012.
On May 11, 2012, NETGEAR issued a press release announcing Mr. Buckley's resignation. The full text of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
