Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 10, 2012, eMagin Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 and reaffirmed guidance for 2012. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
